The Philippines is a country rich with history and culture. One historian even said: “The Philippines has spent 333 years in a convent, 48 years in Hollywood and 3 years in Kempeitai”. The convent symbolizes the Spanish, Hollywood goes for the Americans and Kempeitai symbolizes the Japanese occupation during World War 2.
