Stone of Contention
The stone of contention – I bet, is not with PGMA. Yes. After 9 years (correct me if I am wrong) of handling the highest position in this country, come 2010 elections, she will aim for a legislative seat in the House of Representatives. Jeeezz. WTF. Not contented with the presidency eh?
Here’s what I read from the Philippine Daily Inquirer:
The biggest worry of Ms Arroyo’s political foes appeared to be that she might use a seat in Congress as a launching pad to become prime minister, in case of a shift to a parliamentary government
.
Roman Catholic Archbishop Emeritus Oscar Cruz, for so long a vocal critic of Ms Arroyo, said the framers of the Constitution did not think of imposing a ban on an outgoing president running for a lower office simply because it was unthinkable.
“There appears to be no reasonable cause for such a constitutional prohibition as really there is no person in his or her sound mind who will do such a funny and demeaning political circus,” Cruz said.
Cruz denounced Ms Arroyo’s “addiction to power.”
Yes, it was damn unthinkable that a president, after his/her term will run to a lower post, claiming a reason that he/she is not quitting public service. This reasoning is already rusted. Cant you think of another way of serving your people aside from having your ass down in the Congress? Come on peeps, lets be creative here eh.
This 2010 elections is beginning to be sickening that whenever I watch the TV, with all those same old faces and surprisingly, controversial people are running for public offices as well as the fact that the COMELEC should ban these controversial buffoons from running (I’ll explain it later in my next post); I am really VOMITING. May mga kaso pa nga, pero heto, nangangarap umupo at makuha ang boto ng mga tao. PWEH.
Kung hindi balimbing, makapal pa sa balat ng kalabaw ang mukha ng mga yan. Ano ba? Di pa ba kayo tapos sa pagpapakasasa sa kaban ng bayan at igang-rape ang bansa natin, isama mo pa ang Constitution natin?? Susko. Manginig naman ang mga laman nyo. Ano ba yan!!!
What is happening today is one of many reasons WHY I DONT VOTE ANYMORE. Pagod na ako sa kakapili ng punyemas na lesser evil na yan na nagiging GREATER EVIL kapag nakatikim ng kapangyarihan. Lecheness!

I smell pessimism and hopelessness sa lupang tinubuan. haiz, kung alam mo lang kung ano kasarap ang “power addiction”. Kaya dahil walang batas sa konstitusyon na papapel at pumapel upang maging “power addict” na naman kaya ayon nakakalusot.

hindi na dapat pumayag ang mga mamamayan na maging prime minister siya at gamitin ang kongreso para sa mapakamay ulit sa kanya ang kapangyarihan.

lahat naman ng mga politician makakapal ang mukha, pero ibang klase kapal netong si gloria, pinakapal na ng panahon ang pagmumukha, lakas talaga makakapal ng sikmura yung sobrang pagka adik, wala ng pakelam sa paligid nya, basta sya high ng high, hala parekoy, ikot na yang tagay!
